Brad Young founded Waypoint Systems LLC and is its sole owner. He lives in Germantown, Tennessee.
He also co-owns CityLux, a Germantown contractor doing residential and commercial work. Running it showed him how much of a small business lives in documents: quotes, invoices, price lists, change orders, and the spreadsheet one person keeps.
Waypoint builds software for that problem. Gable answers questions from an organization's own documents and shows where each answer came from. CityLux uses it on its own records. NowWhat, in development, is a guide for families caring for someone after a new diagnosis.
